A Refreshing Mocktail Recipe From Culinary Ambassador June Rodil

We recently had the distinct honor of kicking off our partnership with the James Beard Foundation's 10th annual Taste America® culinary series Houston. During this walkaround tasting event, a talented group of chefs created out of this world savory and sweet bites for an evening of incredible food, drink, music, fun and support for the hospitality industry. 

We were delighted to have our own Culinary Ambassador June Rodil and her team at Goodnight Hospitality create a special mocktail we served at the event. Goodnight Hospitality includes quintessential Houston favorites, including Rosie Cannonball, known for its lively dining room and European comfort food menu; March, an elegant 28-seat Mediterranean restaurant; and Montrose Cheese & Wine a modern cafe and store serving curated selections of small producer cheeses & wines plus sandwiches & coffee. 

Perfect for anyone looking for a delicious treat that is alcohol-free, the All Together mocktail was made with passionfruit-rosemary syrup and citrus juice then topped with Mountain Valley Sparkling Spring Water and garnished w/ rosemary sprig and dehydrated grapefruit. Full recipe below. 

All Together Mocktail


  • 3 oz Mountain Valley Sparkling Water
  • .25 oz lime juice
  • .5 oz grapefruit juice
  • .5 oz passion fruit syrup
  • .5 oz rosemary syrup
  • 1.25 oz Non Alcoholic Seedlip Spice 94
  • Add all ingredients into an ice filled collins glass and swizzle to incorporate. 
  • Garnish with a rosemary sprig and dehydrated grapefruit wheel.
