Chef Jean-Paul Bourgeois
Blue Smoke Executive Chef, Jean-Paul Bourgeois has worked at restaurants all over the world, but his heart and culinary style remain in his native Louisiana. Mixing the different techniques that he learned in France, California, Atlanta, St. Thomas USVI, and New York with his southern roots have made Chef Bourgeois one of the most sought-after young chefs in the restaurant business.
Chef Katie Coss
At HUSK Restaurant, if it doesn’t come from the south, it’s not coming through their doors. As purveyors of great southern based food and beverages, we support that credo 100%. With four locations, HUSK has become one of the most respected and recognized establishments in the southeast.
Chef Ryan Rogers & Chef Andrew McCabe
Over the past year Louisville, KY’s once-average food scene has become a hotbed for good eats, thanks to a slew of new restaurants opening. Chef Karl Worley
To make good biscuits, bread or dough, it takes quality ingredients. We’re happy that the Karl Worley a.k.a. Biscuit King and his wife, Sarah, recognize that. The Worley’s launched their award-winning restaurant, Biscuit Love out of an Airstream food truck about six years ago in their native Tennessee to much fanfare.
