Cocktail Hour - Caramel Apple Spritzer

Showing off at a holiday party has never been easier. The results of our Caramel Apple Spritzer seem very intricate and super fancy. In reality, it’s silly simple to put together.

We successfully turned the quintessential fall dessert into a cocktail. Being an adult has never been so fun. These would be perfect for a Halloween, Thanksgiving, Christmas, or any holiday celebration. You could even skip the booze so the kids could join the fun.

Caramel Apple Spritzer
Yields 8 Servings:

8 apples
Freshly squeezed lemon Juice
1/2 cup Caramel
1/4 cup cinnamon-sugar
1 750-ml bottle Moscato, chilled
1 cup green apple vodka, chilled
1 cup Mountain Valley Sparkling Lime Twist


Make apple cups: 

Slice off the top of each apple. 

Use an apple corer to remove the inside of the apple until you’re about a ½ inch from the bottom of the apple. 

Use a brush to coat the inner apple with lemon juice to prevent apples from browning.


Dip the rims of the apple cups in caramel, then coat in cinnamon-sugar.


Make spritzer:

In a large pitcher, combine Moscato, green apple vodka, and Mountain Valley Sparkling Lime Twist and stir. Pour spritzer into apple cups and serve immediately with a mini straw.




Your drink will, by far, be the life of the party.
