Cocktail Hour - Berry Mojito Punch

Berries add a beautiful touch to any drink or dish. In our Berry Mojito Punch recipe, we highlight the natural flavor of fresh cranberries with Mountain Valley Sparkling Blackberry Pomegranate. Fizzy and bright notes dance through this beautiful cocktail. Enjoy our Berry Mojito Punch from Spring to Fall!

This drink was inspired by date night, a long week, and leftover cranberries. Never suspected it’d land on our blog, but it was so tasty and festive, I couldn’t resist. I ended up enjoying them a few times after date night. Sitting down with a glass of this on a lazy Sunday afternoon and finishing a puzzle was exactly what I needed to feel prepared to tackle Monday.

So, cozy up to your honey, throw a cocktail party or treat yourself to a fancy, flavorful drink. After all, you deserve this!

Berry Mojito Punch

Yields 4 Servings:

.5 cup granulated sugar

1/2 cup fresh lime juice

1 cup light rum

1/4 cup cranberry juice concentrate thawed

3 cups Mountain Valley Sparkling Blackberry Pomegranate

2 limes sliced into a total of 8 wedges

1 cup cranberries plus some for garnish

1 cup loose fresh mint plus some for garnish

Crushed ice

Instructions:

Add sugar and mint to a pitcher and muddle. Crushing the mint leaves with sugar opens up its natural flavors and oils. Add 4 of the lime slices with 1 cup of fresh or thawed cranberries to the pitcher. Pour in fresh squeezed lime juice and rum, stir until sugar is dissolved. Mix and stir in the cranberry juice concentrate. Top off with Mountain Valley Sparkling Blackberry Pomegranate. Fill glasses with crushed ice, pour punch over ice and garnish with cranberries, mint, and a festive straw. Enjoy!
