Autumn Infused Water

It seems that in the summer you can’t escape all the fun fruity flavors of infused water to try while you’re hanging out by the pool. It’s not only a great way to stay hydrated but definitely keeps those taste buds interested. Struggling to figure out how to get your water intake as the fall rolls on? We have a refreshing solution!

This autumn-inspired, infused water is just the ticket. Whether you’re coming in from a hike, or staying busy in the kitchen cooking up goodies for the holidays, you’ll definitely want to keep a pitcher of this in the fridge at all times.

Four simple ingredients, five minutes prep time.


One apple - sliced thin

One pear - sliced thin

One plum - sliced thin

One peach - sliced thin

Mix all ingredients into a pitcher of Mountain Valley Water. Continue to add water as needed! Infused water will last a couple of days. If you’re feeling spicy, add a few cinnamon sticks and you’ve got yourself the perfect autumn concoction.
