An Apple + Cucumber Water a Day…

You’ll find a cool, refreshing sweetness in this Mountain Valley Spring Water signature detox recipe. We all know the saying, “an apple a day keeps the doctor away.” Turns out, it’s true; the high levels of antioxidants and phytonutrients in apples can help reduce heart issues, diabetes, and even cancer. So this is one we recommend as a daily booster blend. 

Cool Cucumber + Apple Everyday Booster
Start with our nutrient rich, 7.8 pH Spring Water and add fresh slices of apple. They’re naturally rich in fiber and full of vitamin C + B complexes, but make sure to discard the seeds. Apples seeds contain cyanide and consuming them could be fatal. 

Next, you’ll drop a few slices of cucumber in and stir. Cucumbers actually keep you hydrated, fosters weight loss, and detoxifies, much like water. If you’ve got high blood pressure, cucumber should always be on grocery list. 

Optional: You can also add a little Ceylon or Cassia cinnamon as not only a delicious garnish, but a spice with many noted health benefits. Just like apples, its loaded with antioxidants. It’s also great for your metabolism and has anti-inflammatory properties.
